These terms and conditions apply to all attendees of the Warwick Cheese Club Cheese Evening event. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to be bound by these terms. The event is organised by Warwick Cheese Club (referred to as "we", "us", "our").
Warwick cheese club is not an allergen free environment. All products, cheeses, accompaniments and drinks we provide, serve or offer may contain milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten/wheat, eggs, soya, sulphites and other allergens.
All items are stored, prepared, handled and served in a shared space, using shared equipment, utensils and surfaces. We cannot eliminate the risk of cross contamination or guarantee any item is free from traces of any allergen.
It is the responsibility of attendees with allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements to inform us at the time of booking, and to verify the suitability of any food or drink before consumption.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury arising from the consumption of food or drink.
If you have severe allergies, please consult with medical professionals prior to attending, and exercise caution when selecting items to consume.
Some cheeses and beverages served at the event may not be suitable for pregnant people, due to risks such as listeria bacteria, high levels of certain compounds, or alcohol content. This includes, but is not limited to, soft mould-ripened cheeses, soft blue-veined cheeses, and unpasteurised dairy products, as well as all alcoholic drinks.
The decision to consume any food or drink at the Warwick cheese club remains entirely at your own discretion and risk.
We recommend that pregnant attendees follow guidance from their healthcare provider regarding safe food and drink choices during pregnancy. We accept no liability for any issues, complications, or health impacts arising from choices made by attendees in this regard.
Only adults over the age of 18 can book and purchase tickets.
We reserve the right to change, reschedule, postpone or cancel an event for any reason- including but not limited to: low attendance, availability of venue, supply issues, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an event is rescheduled, we will aim to offer the option to transfer bookings to a new date.
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you inform us of the change in advance and ensure the new attendee is aware of these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.
We take reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees, but we are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals, except where caused by our proven negligence or unlawful act.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any guests they bring and must follow all instructions given by event staff.
We may occasionally need to alter the programme, menu, or timing of the event due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify attendees of significant changes where possible, but we are not liable for any resulting inconvenience.
By attending, you agree that we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff on arrival.
Any personal information provided will be used only for event administration and in line with applicable data protection laws.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
